Municipal Judicial Building

Centre Municipal Court, located at 999 West Main Street, is the city’s criminal court. The court has jurisdiction over traffic citations, non-traffic misdemeanor cases, as well as City Ordinance Violations that occur within the City of Centre or its police jurisdiction.

Centre Municipal Court is held on the first Friday of the month and review hearings are on hold on the Wednesday of that same week at 9:00 a.m. (Unless otherwise listed)

The Court Magistrate’s office is in the City of Centre Judicial Building located at 1111 West Main Street. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office closes for lunch daily from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m., weekends, as well as the City of Centre’s recognized holidays.

On scheduled court dates, the court office is closed from 8:45 a.m. until such time court is adjourned.

We accept cash, money orders and now are accepting debit/credit cards. To pay with debit/credit card online go to www.centreal.govtportal.com. The online payment portal only accepts traffic tickets and adjudicated cases.
